The results from round 2 of TVSource Magazine’s Spring Supercouple Showdown are in! Which 32 couples are one step closer to being named the winner of TVSource’s inaugural Spring Supercouple Showdown? Find out inside!
Our staff compiled a list of every couple that was available for voting in our weekly Pulse Poll from January 1 to May 1 from The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital and The Young and the Restless. Your round 1 votes determined the 32 couples that would make up the participants for the Spring Supercouple Showdown. After three days of round 2 voting and over 85,000 votes cast, your votes determined the 4 couples from each show that will move on to round 3.
Starting tomorrow morning, round 3 will begin and your votes will narrow the 16 couples below to 8. The two couples from each show receiving the most votes will move on to round 4.

You know, Y&R just has crappy couples right now. I really didn’t like any of the choices. I hate Villy and Chelsea is on my last nerve.
EJ and Sami deserve to be a super couple, they are soul mates with incredible chemistry and a love that has no boundaries!
Will and Sonny of Days of our Lives is my choice for Supercouple. They show how much they love each other just by the way the way they look at each other. These two started out as friends and that friendship grew into love within a year. Sonny knew he loved Will before Will came out, but Will was unaware of how deep Sonny’s feelings were. When he finally did admit to himself that he was gay, he came to Sonny and told him. Six months later, Will finally admitted that he cared for Sonny as more than a friend and they both decided to start dating. After some misunderstandings and complications, they made a commitment to each other to start fresh with a focus on honesty and have been together ever since. This storyline is the best one on DOOL as far as I am concerned. I hope the writers will continue to keep these two together and eventually become engaged and hopefully make it legal as a married couple/family.
