Australian comedy series The Family Law  will premiere on hulu April 13 with all three seasons. The series gives a vivid glimpse inside the gloriously dysfunctional world of a hilarious and heart-warming Chinese- Australian family through the eyes of 14-year-old Benjamin. The series was created by, and inspired by the life of Benjamin Law. I’m so glad this funny, charming and heartwarming series is finally getting a proper US release! I cannot wait to rewatch it. 

Stranger Things 4 Vol. 1 will be released on Netflix May 27. It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down. Vol 2 will be released July 1.

Season two of Starz’s P-Valley premieres June 3. The series follows a little-strip-club-that-could located down deep in the Mississippi Delta, and the big characters who enter its doors. The new season reveals a whole new Pynk as it struggles to remain open during a pandemic, a battle for the throne and the possibility of some new blood shaking up the locker room. 

Peacock’s Girls5eva returns for a second season May 5. The series follows a one-hit-wonder girl group from the 90s that was churned through the pop music machine that reunites to give their dreams another shot. This time they’ll try again on their own terms. 

Hulu’s Conversations with Friends will premiere May 15 with all twelve episodes. The series follows Frances, a 21 year old college student, as she navigates a series of relationships that force her to confront her own vulnerabilities for the first time. 

Keke Palmer is set to host NBC’s upcoming Password revival series. Contestants from all walks of life are partnered with Jimmy Fallon and other celebrities to face off in the ultimate game of words. Fallon will play in each of the eight hourlong episodes as the celebrity/contestant duos compete for cash prizes by guessing a secret password using only one-word clues. The premiere episode will be dedicated to Betty White. It will premiere this summer.

Season three of Breeders will premiere on FX May 9. The series is a bitter-sweet look at the struggles of modern parenthood. The series stars Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard. 

Apple TV+’s upcoming workplace comedy Loot will premiere June 24. The series follows a billionaire who is close to hitting rock bottom when her life falls apart. With her devoted assistant Nicholas by her side, and with the help of Sofia and team – including mild-mannered accountant Arthur and her optimistic, pop-culture-loving cousin Howard – Molly embarks on a journey of self-discovery. Giving back to others might be what she needs to get back to herself. The series stars Maya Rudolph, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Ron Funches, Nat Faxon and Joel Kim Booster. 

Season two of Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy will premiere on CNN May 1. Stanley Tucci indulges his passion for Italian cooking as he explores the stories and people behind the world’s most popular cuisine. Nomad with Carlton McCoy will also premiere May 1. Join the classically trained chef, master sommelier, and arbiter of cool on his quest to find the places where food, music, art, and culture collide

Bel Powley, Liev Schreiber and Joe Cole have joined the cast of Disney+’s limited series A Small Light. The eight episode series tells the remarkable story of 20-something secretary Miep Gies, who didn’t hesitate when her boss Otto Frank asked her to hide him and his family from the Nazis during World War II. For the next two years, Miep, her husband Jan and several other everyday heroes watched over the eight souls hiding in the secret annex. It was Miep who found Anne’s diary and preserved it so that she and Otto could later share it with the world.

Apple TV+ has ordered a new untitled comedy-adventure series starring Noel Fielding. Fielding will star as Dick Turpin, the legendary British highwayman. In this irreverent retelling, Dick is the most famous, but least likely of highway robbers, whose success is defined mostly by his charm, showmanship and great hair. Together with his gang of loveable rogues, Dick rides the highs and lows of celebrity – and does what he can to escape the clutches of the Thief Taker General. 

A new season of Naked and Afraid XL will premiere May 1 on Discovery Channel. This season, four Naked and Afraid XL veterans ready to take on an epic 60-day challenge lead a new generation of challengers eager to earn their 40-day stripes. 

Joseph Gordon-Levitt has joined the cast of Peacock’s upcoming series Poker Face. He will star opposite Natasha Lyonne. The mystery drama comes from Rian Johnson. 

Mama June: Road to Redemption returns to WE tv with ten new episodes May 13. Sobriety wasn’t easy, but Mama June did it. And when her longtime boyfriend Geno continues to let her down, she finally calls it quits. Now, can the family reconcile and move forward? 

Rachel Maddow has returned to her MSNBC series, but has announced she will be cutting back on her appearances for the time being. Beginning in May, she will only appear on her show on Mondays, with rotating guest hosts filling in the rest of the week. Maddow is working on other projects for MSNBC and NBC. 

Season two of Prime Video’s Fairfax will premiere June 10. The series follows the misadventures of four middle schoolers looking to earn their place in the culture. Guest stars this season include Billy Porter, Zoey Deutch, Camila Mendes, Yvette Nicole Brown, Annie Murphy, Guy Fieri, John Leguizamo, and more

Netflix has renewed Single’s Inferno for a second season. The series follows several passionate participants motivated to find love, couple up and find their version of “paradise.” Fans can expect to escape to “Inferno” island to see more steamy moments, adrenaline-pumping dates and much more, as our new singles embark on relationships in the pursuit of love. The goal? Couple up and escape the inferno ! 

Cecilia will premiere on Paramount+ April 14. Savage Beauty premieres on Netflix May 12. Seeking revenge for her tragic past, a mysterious woman embeds herself in a powerful family who possess a global beauty empire – and dark secrets.

Crime anthology series Rich & Shameless will premiere on TNT April 23. The series tells the shocking real stories of the consequences that befall great wealth. The premiere episode, “Girls Gone Wild Exposed,” takes viewers beyond the ‘harmless fun’ of wet t-shirt competitions and booze-fueled Spring Breaks and into dark back rooms with Joe Francis, where girls were coerced to take part in actions far more sinister than flashing on a beach. The show documents Francis’ increasingly bizarre and violent downward spiral, which all played out in the public eye while he continued to rub shoulders with some of Hollywood’s most popular stars.
