Sweet Magnolias has been renewed for a fourth season on Netflix. The series is based on the book series by Sherryl Woods. The series follows lifelong best friends Maddie, Dana Sue, and Helen as they juggle relationships, family, and careers in the charming small town of Serenity, SC.
The Problem With Jon Stewart will not be returning for a third season on Apple TV+. The series had previously been renewed for an eight episode third season. Creative differences between Stewart and Apple are reportedly to blame for the cancellation.
Prime Video has renewed Gen V for a second season. The Boys spinoff series expands the universe to Godolkin University, the prestigious superhero-only college where students train to be the next generation of heroes – preferably with lucrative endorsements. Love Island Games premieres on Peacock November 1. Onmyoji premieres November 28 on Netflix. In prosperous ancient Kyoto, court musician Minamoto Hiromasa, grandson of Emperor Daigo, visits the residence of the official onmyoji – the yin-yang diviners – in hopes of unraveling the mysteries of the demons that disturb the city. While there, he is introduced to a man perfectly suited for untangling these enigmas: the great onmyoji Abe Seimei, a man cloaked in an otherworldly aura. Hiromasa is vexed by Seimei’s lack of interest in the mundane world and his reluctance to help, but the two of them confront the demons at the cause of the incidents. As their emotions intertwine like threads, will Seimei and Hiromasa be able to restore peace to the capital?

A new season of Fixer to Fabulous will premiere on HGTV November 7. Husband-and-wife renovation duo Dave and Jenny Marrs will bring more of Bentonville, Arkansas’, dilapidated houses to life. In each of the 16 new episodes, the Marrs will channel Dave’s construction know-how and master carpentry skills and Jenny’s knack for design to complete one-of-a-kind home transformations for their clients. Throughout the season, Dave and Jenny will take on a wide range of overhauls including a family horse ranch, a special renovation for a homeowner facing deployment and a personal project at their own farmhouse revamping their primary suite and kids’ rooms.
Channel 4 has canceled Steph’s Packed Lunch. In the series, Steph McGovern presents her daily programme live from Yorkshire, with a mixture of entertainment and lifestyle and a variety of guests. The series premiered in 2020.
The 2023 MTV Europe Music Awards have been canceled. Paramount Global cites world events for the cancellation. The awards show will return in November 2024.
