Apple TV+ has renewed Presumed Innocent for a second season. The new season will revolve around a new case. Season one of the gripping series takes viewers on a journey through the horrific murder that upends the Chicago Prosecuting Attorney’s office when one of its own is suspected of a crime. It explores obsession, sex, politics and the power and limits of love, as the accused fights to hold his family and marriage together. The legal thriller is based on the novel of the same name by Scott Turow.

Season six of The Dragon Prince premieres July 26 on Netflix. The war against “The Cosmic Order”… begins.

The English dub of Shy season two premieres on Crunchyroll July 15. On the brink of a third World War, superheroes appeared on Earth. Gifted with powers, their appearance brings peace to the world. The heroes each selected a country in which they would reside, serve, and protect its citizens. Shy is Japan’s hero, endowed with super strength. Her most daunting enemy yet? Crippling shyness. Join Shy and her super friends as she defends Earth and gains confidence!

Wiggin’ Out with Tokyo Stylez premieres August 9 on WE tv. The series follows the famed hairstylist to the stars as she takes center stage, creating iconic custom wigs for high-profile celebrity clients such as Cardi B, Trina Braxton, Reginae Carter, TS Madison, Tiffany “New York” Pollard, Ari Fletcher, Flo Milli and more. The series gives viewers an inside look as Tokyo opens a new LA salon for her roster of demanding divas. But with big clients come even bigger demands! Tokyo works closely with her manager and ex, Chris, and assistant, RiRi, to help her stay at the top of her game. It takes a village to break barriers and pioneer new trends to create one-of-a-kind jaw-dropping wig designs.

The Couple Next Door will premiere on Starz this winter. The six episode thriller series is a deliciously dark psychological drama exploring the stultifying claustrophobia of suburbia and the fallout of chasing your darkest desires. When Evie and Pete move into an upscale neighborhood, they find themselves in a world of curtain twitching and status anxiety but soon find friendship in the shape of the couple next door: alpha traffic cop Danny and his wife, glamorous yoga instructor Becka. It stars Sam Heughan, Eleanor Tomlinson, Jessica De Gouw, and Alfred Enoch.

Tracy Ifeachor, Patrick Ball, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Isa Briones, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, and Katherine LaNasa have joined the cast of Max’s The Pitt. They join Noah Wyle in the medical drama. The fifteen episode season is a realistic examination of the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America as seen through the lens of the frontline heroes working in a modern-day hospital in Pittsburgh.

Limited series Holidazed is coming soon to Hallmark+. The eight-episode series goes inside the chaos, cheer and challenges that can come with family celebrations, fueled by the sometimes-complex dynamics that don’t always create a picture-perfect holiday. It follows six families from different backgrounds, cultures and generations, all living on the same cul-de-sac, as they gather for the holiday season. During a time when emotions are amplified, each family comes together to celebrate their unique, rich traditions and navigate family eccentricities that ultimately help them discover what they do have in common: LOVE in all its different forms. The series boasts an all-star cast featuring new faces and returning Hallmark favorites including  Dennis Haysbert, Erin Cahill, Holland Roden, Ian Harding, John C. McGinley, Lindy Booth, Loretta Devine, Lucille Soong, Nazneen Contractor, Noemi Gonzalez, Osric Chau, Rachelle Lefevre, Ser’Darius Blain, and Virginia Madsen.

Courtney Taylor is set to star in Prime Video’s Renee Ballard series. She joins Maggie Q in the Bosch spinoff series. The series follows Detective Renée Ballard, who is tasked with running the LAPD’s new cold case division – a poorly funded, all-volunteer unit with the largest case load in the city. Ballard approaches these frozen-in-time cases with empathy and determination. When she uncovers a larger conspiracy during her investigations, she’ll lean on the assistance of her retired ally, Harry Bosch, to navigate the dangers that threaten both her unit and her life.

The Chicken Sisters will premiere this September on Hallmark+. The series is an adaptation of the book of the same name by KJ Dell’Antonia. The eight episode series is a family drama dipped in southern charm and served up with a saucy side of romance. The setting is the fictional town of Merinac, where a generations-old rift between dueling fried chicken restaurants – Mimi’s and Frannie’s – has left the founders’ families fractured and the locals taking sides. When popular cooking competition show Kitchen Clash comes to town, this could be the recipe for ending this feud once and for all. But things are fixing to heat up both inside and outside of the kitchen as the reality show spotlight causes sparks to fly as secrets are spilled and feathers get ruffled.

Shania Twain will host the two-hour 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards airing live from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville on September 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT across NBC and Peacock. The ceremony recognizes the biggest and best country music has to offer chosen entirely by the fans across various categories.
