The How I Met Your Father midseason finale will consist of two episodes March 28. Season two will continue with additional episodes on May 23 with one new episode each Tuesday through the two episode season finale on July 11. In the near future, Sophie is telling her son the story of how she met his father: a story that catapults us back to the present where Sophie and her close-knit group of friends are in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps and limitless options. The series stars Hilary Duff, Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, Suraj Sharma as well as recurring stars, Kim Cattrall, Daniel Augustin, Ashley Reyes and Josh Peck.
XO, Kitty premieres on Netflix May 18. Teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey thinks she knows everything there is to know about love. The final episodes of Titans will premiere on HBO Max April 13. In the mid-season premiere, the Titans – with the exception of Gar – are returned to the place they had vanished, the Temple of Trigon, only to find Sebastian and Mother Mayhem are no longer there. The Titans rush to find them before Sebastian summons Trigon, their pursuit leading them to a mysterious town whose populace is hiding a deep secret. Along the way, the Titans come across a prophecy that may require Kory to make a huge sacrifice to save the world, but Dick’s feelings for Kory surface and he refuses to let her die. In the final episodes, the Titans enter into an epic battle to save both Kory and the world. Gar goes on a quest of self-discovery, attempting to find his true purpose and to save his friends. Rachel embraces darker powers while Conner, struggling with his Lex Luthor side, goes his own way to defeat Sebastian. Tim and Bernard’s growing feelings for each other become increasingly difficult to resist, and when Bernard’s life is threatened, Tim finally becomes the hero he has always strived to be.

NBC’s drama series Smash is heading to Broadway. The production will include songs from the series, including “Let Me Be Your Star”, as well as new ones. It will also see the story go in a new direction. It will arrive on Broadway for the 2024-25 season.
Margo Martindale, Chris Diamantopoulos, and Guillaume Cyr are set to star in Prime Video’s The Sticky. The series is inspired by the true story dubbed the “Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist,” which made headlines around the world in 2011 when 70% of the global maple syrup supply – about $18 million (CAD) worth – was stolen. The series revolves around Ruth Landry, a tough, supremely competent maple syrup farmer who’s had it with being hemmed in by the polite, bureaucratic conventions native to her country’s identity. Especially now that that very bureaucracy is threatening to take away everything she loves: Her farm, her comatose husband, and her right to freedom. With the help of Remy Bouchard, a mild-mannered security guard, and Mike Byrne, a low-level mobster, Ruth changes her fate – and transforms the future of her community – with the theft of millions of dollars’ worth of maple syrup. It will premiere in 2024.

Gabriel Leone will play Ayrton Senna da Silva in Senna. For the first time, the Netflix miniseries will portray the story of adventure and triumph of the man who became a Brazilian national hero and conquered the world both on and off the Formula 1 track. Over the six episodes, Senna will reveal the personality and personal relationships of the three-time F1 champion, showing the trajectory of his triumphs, disappointments, joys and sorrows. Oxygen has renewed Killer Relationship with Faith Jenkins for a second season. The docuseries explores the twisted tales of intimate relationships that had a passionate and promising beginning only to devolve into a mysterious and murderous ending, revealing the deadly side of romance. Faith Jenkins’ unique perspective as a former criminal prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, her work with couples whose marriages were on the brink of disaster and her writing on relationship red flags put her in a remarkable position to provide commentary on relationships gone terribly wrong.
Elizabeth Yu and Hilda Martin have been cast in NBC’s pilot formerly known as Murder By The Book. They join Retta, Tituss Burgess, Tommy Dewey and Siobhan Williams in the murder mystery detective series.
Jeremy Shamos, Linda Emond and Wesley Taylor have been cast in hulu’s Only Muders in the Building. The three will recur in the upcoming third season of the murder mystery series.
A new version of RuPaul’s Drag Race in Italy will stream on Paramount+. It will premiere in Italy before releasing in the US. It joins a growing list of global editions of the competition series.
The first People’s Choice Country Awards will premiere on NBC and Peacock September 28. The two-hour telecast will lean into the rich connection between country music and the Opry through chart-topping musical performances, genre-bending collaborations, legendary tributes and surprise moments that regularly happen from the iconic venue. The show will recognize the biggest and best country music has to offer chosen entirely by the fans across various categories. Several honorary awards will also be bestowed during the awards ceremony.
Friday Night Baseball returns to Apple TV+ April 7. The series will kick off with the Texas Rangers at the Chicago Cubs for the inaugural Friday Night Baseball daytime game at Chicago’s Wrigley Field, and the San Diego Padres at the Atlanta Braves.Announcers include Wayne Randazzo (play-by-play), Dontrelle Willis (analyst), Heidi Watney (sideline reporter), Alex Faust (play-by-play), Ryan Spilborghs (analyst), and Tricia Whitaker (sideline reporter). Live pre- and postgame coverage will again be hosted by Lauren Gardner, along with Siera Santos. Comedy special Mae Martin: SAP premieres on Netflix March 28. Directed by Abbi Jacobson, Mae Martin reflects on a world off its axis, from a mythical moose encounter to the gender spectrum in “Beauty and the Beast”. The special was filmed last December at the Vogue Theater in Vancouver, Canada.
