Netflix has renewed Avatar: The Last Airbender for two more seasons. The series will also be ending with the newly ordered third season, matching the run of the original Nickelodeon animated series. Water. Earth. Fire. Air. The four nations once lived in harmony, with the Avatar, master of all four elements, keeping peace between them. But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked and wiped out the Air Nomads, the first step taken by the firebenders towards conquering the world. With the current incarnation of the Avatar yet to emerge, the world has lost hope. But like a light in the darkness, hope springs forth when Aang, a young Air Nomad – and the last of his kind – reawakens to take his rightful place as the next Avatar. Alongside his newfound friends Sokka and Katara, siblings and members of the Southern Water Tribe, Aang embarks on a fantastical, action-packed quest to save the world and fight back against the fearsome onslaught of Fire Lord Ozai. But with a driven Crown Prince Zuko determined to capture them, it won’t be an easy task. They’ll need the help of the many allies and colorful characters they meet along the way.
Prime Video has renewed Upload for a fourth and final season. The sci-fi comedy series is set in a technologically advanced future where holographic phones, self-driving vehicles, AI assistance, and 3D food printers are the norm. And, forget about dying – instead, you’ll be “uploaded” to a virtual reality afterlife, and enjoy all the comforts of a world-class resort. Provided you can afford it. The series stars Robbie Amell as Nathan, Andy Allo as Nora, Kevin Bigley as Luke, Allegra Edwards as Ingrid, Zainab Johnson as Aleesha, and Owen Daniels as A.I. Guy.

Dance Moms: The Reunion premieres May 1 on Lifetime. Fan favorites JoJo Siwa, Chloe Lukasiak, Brooke Hyland, Paige Hyland, Kendall Vertes and Kalani Hilliker will reunite together as they take a look back at the show that became a worldwide pop culture sensation and made them household names. It includes new interviews with fan favorite dancers as they look back at the most memorable moments of the series and discuss the good, the bad and everything in-between including the lasting impact on their entertainment careers. Joined by moms Jessalynn Siwa, Kelly Hyland, Jill Vertes, Kira Hilliker and special appearance by Christi Lukasiak, the original Dance Moms cast discusses some of the most controversial headlines since the show aired, catches fans up on what they are doing now and provides some shocking revelations as the Dance Moms drama comes full circle. Following the reunion on, Lifetime will also debut the new compilation show, Dance Moms: Epic Showdowns May 1. Each half-hour episode is hosted by Christi Lukasiak and takes a look at the most explosive dance battles and jaw-dropping meltdowns from the series, including the moms and of course, everyone’s favorite dance instructor, Abby Lee Miller.
Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik will reprise their roles from CBS’ The Big Bang Theory on the series finale of Young Sheldon, May 16 on CBS. Details of the appearance are being kept under wraps. The pair last appeared on screen together in The Big Bang Theory series finale, which aired in May 2019. Parsons serves as the narrator of Young Sheldon and Bialik has also appeared in voiceover form in two episodes. This will mark the first on-camera return of their characters.
CBS and the NAACP are developing daytime soap series The Gates. The potential series would follow the lives of a wealthy Black family in a posh, gated community. Michele Val Jean will write as well as serve as executive producer and the showrunner.

Brian Tee, Johnny Berchtold and Roberto Montesinos have joined the cast of Reacher as series regulars. Daniel David Stewart will also recur in the upcoming third season of the Prime Video series. The new season will be based on the seventh book in Lee Child’s “Jack Reacher” series “Persuader.”
The Serpent Queen has added ten new cast members for its upcoming second season. Minnie Driver joins in a recurring role as the infamous ‘Virgin Queen’ Elizabeth I. Angus Imrie, Emma McDonald, Stanley Morgan, and Philippine Velge join as series regulars. Rosalie Craig, Isobel Jesper Jones, Bill Milner, Ashley Thomas, and Alexandre Willaume join in recurring roles. The series tells the story of Catherine de Medici who, against all odds, became one of the most powerful and longest serving rulers in French history. The new season will premiere in 2024 on Starz.
ABC has ordered a pilot for comedy series Shifting Gears. Tim Allen will star in the pilot as a widowed owner of a classic car restoration shop. His estranged daughter and her teenage kids will move into his house and they will attempt to repair their relationship.

Guy Fieri is calling upon his pal Noah Cappe to help find the Best Bite In Town on the new Food Network series premiering April 12. In each episode, Noah assembles a Bite Club, featuring two chefs including, Tiffani Faison, Shota Nakajima, Joe Sasto, Aarti Sequeira, and Jet Tila. Together, they explore the local food scene in cities across the country, visiting six of the most popular spots in each one. After scouring the town and tasting a wide variety of cuisines, Noah and the Bite Club nominate three exceptional dishes to present to a panel of esteemed culinary judges to determine the Best Bite In Town.

The Icons That Built America highlights the talented, often provocative entertainers whose brilliance and rise to stardom transformed American popular culture.
A+E Networks and Hello Sunshine, have entered into a multi-series development deal for lifestyle series which will air as part of A+E’s Home.Made.Nation multiplatform content hub. The original series developed under the partnership will introduce new on-screen talent with topics ranging from historic home renovations to house hunting, renovating, and flipping inherited family homes, helping homeowners navigate renovation disasters, and more. The series will be part of A+E’s Home.Made.Nation lifestyle programming line-up and will be distributed globally by A+E Networks. The first series from the partnership, Country House Hunters, follows couples as they search for the perfect country home. It will premiere in the summer of 2024 on A&E.
To complement National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) doubleheaders on Saturday nights on ION, Scripps Sports will launch weekly NWSL on ION Studio Shows starting March 16. They will include 30-minute pre-match shows, halftime shows, wrap-up/preview shows (Match Break) in between matches, and post-match shows (depending on the schedule). The studio shows will review highlights from recent matches, spotlight upcoming matches on ION and feature in-depth stories from around the league. Halftime shows will break down matches and provide insights from the studio host and analysts. These are the first-ever weekly studio shows dedicated to the NWSL by any network. Lisa Carlin will host with analysts Darian Jenkins and Jessica McDonald.

Vanessa Hudgens will return to host The Oscars Red Carpet Show along with Julianne Hough as co-host March 10 on ABC. The ten episode series features seven couples who have been virtually dating for some time and believe they may have found lasting love – only they have never met each other in person! Now, they’re meeting face-to-face for the very first time and sharing a house together for three weeks to see if their internet love can survive off the screen and in real life. As all seven couples convene under the same roof, dating in person rather than through their computers or phones quickly proves to be the biggest challenge yet. While many couples have been years in the making, some quickly find the in-person relationship is not what they anticipated.
