Paradise premieres January 28 on hulu with the first three episodes. The series is set in a serene community inhabited by some of the world’s most prominent individuals. But this tranquillity explodes when a shocking murder occurs and a high-stakes investigation unfolds. Sterling K. Brown, James Marsden, Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Aliyah Mastin and Percy Daggs IV star. 

No Good Deed premieres December 12 on Netflix. When Lydia and Paul decide to move on from their empty nest to forge a new life, they list their gorgeous 1920s Spanish-style villa located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Los Angeles – and the real estate frenzy begins. Multiple families all race to buy what they believe to be their dream house, convinced it will fix all of their very different problems. But as Lydia and Paul know all too well, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a true nightmare. As they struggle to hide the dark and dangerous secrets that linger inside their longtime home, Paul and Lydia begin to realize that the only way they’ll escape the past is to finally face it. 

Limited series Get Millie Black premieres November 25 on HBO. After Detective Millie Black returns home to Jamaica, she comes across a missing person case that will rock the very foundation of her entire life.

The Madness premieres on Netflix November 28. Muncie Daniels is a political consultant-turned-TV pundit who may have lost his way in life. While on a work sabbatical in the Poconos to write the great American novel, Muncie finds himself the only witness to the murder of a well-known white supremacist, and now he’s being framed for the crime. Muncie is forced to go on the run in a desperate fight to clear his name and unravel a global conspiracy before time runs out. Along the way he’ll reconnect with his family, find unlikely allies, and fight against disinformation in a post-truth age. 

Jentry Chau vs the Underworld premieres December 5 on Netflix. The series follows Jentry Chau (voiced by Ali Wong), a Chinese-American teen living in a small Texas town, who finds out a demon king is hunting her for the supernatural powers she’s been working her whole life to repress. With the help of her weapons expert great-aunt and a millennia-old jiangshi (Chinese hopping vampire), Jentry must now fight an entire underworld’s worth of monsters while balancing the horrors of high school.

Mythic Quest returns for season four January 29. The new season brings stars Rob McElhenney, Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby, Danny Pudi, Ashly Burch, Imani Hakim, Jessie Ennis and Naomi Ekperigin under the same fluorescent office lights as the reunited team at Mythic Quest confronts new challenges amongst a changing video game landscape as stars rise, egos clash, relationships bloom, and everyone tries to have a little more work work life balance. On the day of the season finale, March 26, anthology spinoff series Side Quest will premiere with all four episodes. An expansion of the Mythic Quest universe, Side Quest explores the lives of employees, players, and fans who are impacted by the game in an anthology format.

Worst Cooks in America Celebrity Edition: Heroes vs. Villains premieres January 5 on Food Network. Returning mentor Chef Jeff Mauro welcomes newcomer Chef Antonia Lofaso to transform these culinary disasters into cooking masters with each leading their own team of meal-making misfits. This season’s cast has survived the cutthroat world of reality television where they earned their reputations as heroes or villains, and now they will find out if they have what it takes to succeed in culinary boot camp. From a comic book themed Flavor City challenge to a royal food inspired Games of Scones, the challenges are as creative and outrageous as the competitors. After weekly eliminations, only the most-improved star left standing at the finale wins $25,000 for the charity of their choice and bragging rights for their team leader. Hero recruits are Sebastian Bach (singer Skid Row), Cheryl Burke (Dancing with the Stars), Frankie Grande (actor, dancer, Big Brother 16), Adam Rippon (Olympic figure skater, Stars on Mars) and Trinity the Tuck (RuPaul’s Drag Race), and reality villains are Wes Bergmann (The Challenge), Bartise Bowden (Love Is Blind, Perfect Match), Corinne Olympios (The Bachelor), Tiffany “New York” Pollard (Flavor of Love, I Love New York) and Rachel Reilly (Big Brother, Amazing Race). 

ABC has canceled Lucky 13 after one season. Co-hosted by Shaquille O’Neal and Gina Rodriguez, the series is a high-stakes primetime game show that’ll have viewers on the edge of their seats while shouting answers at their screens. The series tests contestants’ knowledge with 13 true-or-false trivia questions but with a cunning twist: Just how well do they know what they know, and, just as importantly, how well do they know what they don’t know? If they can accurately predict how successfully they’ve answered 13 questions, they could take home a $1 million cash jackpot. 

Craig Melvin will succeed Hoda Kotb as the new co-host of NBC’s Today. Kotb will exit the morning show January 10 with Melvin taking over January 13. He will continue in his role as host of the third hour of the show. The fourth hour, which Kotb also co-hosted, will be renamed Today with Jenna & Friends featuring guest hosts alongside Jenna Bush Hager until a permanent host is found. 

Josh Groban & Friends Go Home for the Holidays will air December 20 on CBS. Hosted by Josh Groban, the special features a new format combining compelling stories, music, comedy and a live adoption on stage, celebrating the creation of a new family. Musical performances include holiday classics, new releases and original duets with Groban and his guests, including James Bay, Jennifer Hudson, Tori Kelly and The War And Treaty. 

Season four of Vienna Blood premieres January 5 on PBS. The new season finds the unlikely detective duo in Vienna in 1909, where the double murder of a senior public official and an arms dealer in police custody has shaken the city to its core. Freudian psychoanalyst Max Liebermann has only just returned from a lecture tour in America when Inspector Oskar Rheinhardt asks for help in what could be the most dangerous case of their careers. Working together on an increasingly perilous investigation, Oskar and Max uncover a conspiracy that leads to the heart of the government. Can they stop the seditious mole known as “Mephisto” from destroying the Austro-Hungarian Empire? And will their lives ever be the same? 

Prime Video has renewed court series Tribunal Justice for a third season. The renewal comes ahead of the second season premiere in 2025. 

Kelsea Ballerini, Brooks & Dunn, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Riley Green, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, Noah Kahan, Megan Moroney, Kacey Musgraves and Bailey Zimmerman will all take the stage at this year’s star-studded CMA Awards. Hosted by Luke Bryan, Peyton Manning and Lainey Wilson, Country Music’s Biggest Night broadcasts live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on November 20 (8:00-11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. Additional performers already announced include Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Sierra Hull, Bronwyn Keith-Hynes, Ashley McBryde, Post Malone, Shaboozey, Chris Stapleton, Teddy Swims, Thomas Rhett, Molly Tuttle, and Lainey Wilson. Presenters will be announced soon. 

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade has added some of the world’s biggest music and entertainment stars to the lineup of can’t miss performances that will dazzle fans in front of Macy’s iconic Herald Square flagship store. Now scheduled to perform at 34th Street are Jennifer Hudson, Kylie Minogue, and Billy Porter. Additional talent who will wow crowds along the Parade route include the electrifying duo Loud Luxury. The Parade will also feature special appearances by Cynthia Erivo, and Cole Escola. The 98th Macy’s Parade lineup ensures there will be something for everyone during this iconic Thanksgiving Day celebration. For the first time, renowned choreographer Shay Latukolan will also lend his expertise to the Parade, choreographing captivating dance performances for the highly anticipated arrivals of Tom Turkey and Santa Claus, as well as adding a touch of magic to three featured floats. It will air live on NBC from 8:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. ET/PT on November 28. 

Docuseries Univerxo Dabiz will premiere on Netflix December 20. Dabiz Muñoz is the only chef in the world who has been named Number 1 in The Best Chef Awards for three years in a row, a result of Muñoz’s obsession with achieving excellence in his restaurants. But, at this moment, his universe is in turmoil: What is the price of that pursuit of perfection? What will happen with DiverXO? Is professional success compatible with personal happiness? Is there a moment when Dabiz hangs up the apron and becomes David? In Univerxo Dabiz, the viewer will find the answers to these questions. Over the course of five episodes, the documentary series explores Dabiz’s fears and desires and shows the examination he subjects himself to every day as he tries to decide the future of his restaurants and his life.

The 73rd Miss Universe Competition will air live from Arena Ciudad de México, November 16 on The Roku Channel. Mario Lopez and Olivia Culpo will host the finals, with Catriona Gray and Zuri Hall providing live commentary throughout the show. Robin Thicke will perform at the finals, alongside a diverse and dynamic musical lineup.

Max has unwrapped the “That Time of Year” collection, now live on the premier streaming platform. This page will serve as the hub for holiday content, showcasing an extensive selection of series, films, and more, guaranteed to bring joy and cheer to viewers during the festive season. The “That Time of Year” collections kick off the festivities today by spotlighting themed curations like “Comfort & Joy,” “Families We’re Thankful For” and “Season of Romance” featuring New Max Original Film “Sweethearts” (11/28) and others, making it seamless for subscribers to discover holiday classics and new favorites on Max. On top of celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Polar Express,” viewers can also dive into nostalgic fan favorite films such as “A Christmas Story,” “Elf,” “Holiday Harmony,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” and ageless holiday classics like “A Christmas Carol,” “A Christmas Story,” “A Carol for Another Christmas,” “Meet Me In St. Louis” (12/1), “The Shop Around the Corner” (12/1), and more. 

Season two of Deal or No Deal Island premieres January 7 at 8 on NBC with a two hour premiere event. The series will move to its regular timeslot at 9  on January 14. Joe Manganiello returns as host and the Banker’s ultimate game master. Among the 14 islanders contending for unprecedented winnings are TV veterans, Parvati Shallow, Dr. Will Kirby and David Genat. A mysterious new Banker will put the contestants through the ringer as she searches for her perfect protégé. Briefcases are hidden around the island with more than $200 million in prize money split between them. In each episode, players compete in daring challenges to secure the briefcases that will be used in that night’s game of “Deal or No Deal.” The player who snags the highest-value case gains immunity and gets to choose a fellow player to enter “The Temple.” The chosen competitor must then play a classic game of “Deal or No Deal.” If the player makes a “bad deal,” they are immediately eliminated. If the player makes a “good deal,” the power is in their hands and they get to select who to eliminate.      

Bookie returns for season two December 12 on Max. The darkly funny comedy follows veteran Los Angeles bookie Danny as the potential legalization of sports gambling in California threatens to upend his business for good. Alongside best friend and former NFL player Ray, side-hustling sister Lorraine, and reluctantly reformed drug dealer Hector, Danny must contend with his increasingly unstable clients as he tries to settle their debts – all while making plenty of risky bets of his own. Full of relatable mishaps, Bookie chronicles one man’s journey to adapt to an ever-changing world as he attempts to charm and con his way to the top. 

Crime drama The Chelsea Detective returns for a Christmas special December 16 on Acorn TV. The Christmas Special serves as the first episode of the series’ third season, which is comprised of four 90-minute episodes. Season 3 will continue in 2025 on Acorn TV. The third season of The Chelsea Detective sees DI Max Arnold and DS Layla Walsh delving once more into the murky crimes of glamorous Chelsea. The team will investigate the tragic death of a 2000s popstar, the discovery of an ex-soldier’s body in an allotment, the brutal murder of an antiques dealer, and the mysterious case of a climate scientist found dead in a stolen car. If that wasn’t enough to contend with, things at home aren’t much simpler for the investigating duo either. Max tries a new approach in his personal life as he embarks on couples therapy with his estranged wife, Astrid. Meanwhile, Layla is still getting used to living in London, while her partner, Jon, is in Exeter. They might be enjoying their independent lives right now but will discover that navigating a long-distance relationship can be trickier than they first thought. 

Asaf premieres on Netflix November 28. A father grapples with his divorce as he spins into a world of organized crime. With his son’s life on the line, what will his next move be?

Love During Lockup returns December 13 on WE tv. The Love After Lockup prequel series reveals the fascinating moments that happen when people in the free world look for love and begin relationships with inmates, capturing their journey as they count down the days, weeks, months, or even years until the anticipated release. The captivating docuseries introduces viewers to six people outside of prison and follows them through the early stages of their romance with an inmate (or multiple inmates). Each person has a unique process for finding love behind bars. Some are only interested in drug offenders who they know are nonviolent. Some have fallen for a prisoner who they believe was wrongly convicted, while some are just looking for their prison bae. Regardless of their type, each has a specific reason for looking for love with someone behind bars. 

Jack in Time for Christmas premieres December 3 on Prime Video. In this hilariously festive adventure, Jack Whitehall finds himself stranded in the USA with just four days to make it back to the UK for Christmas. With time ticking away, Jack embarks on an incredible and, some would say, implausible journey involving planes, trains, huskies, and bobsleighs. Along the way, some of his famous friends join the fun, lending a hand (or hoof!) as Jack navigates the chaos of Christmas and tries to make it home in time. Part scripted comedy, part unscripted travelogue, Jack is joined by Michael Bublé, Dave Bautista, Rebel Wilson, Jimmy Fallon, Daisy May Cooper, and Tom Davis, who, together with Jack’s unmistakable British wit, deliver a sparkling international cast set to deliver heaps of laughter. Will Jack make it home in time to hang his stocking, or will he be spending the holidays in the doghouse? 

New seasons of All Creatures Great and Small, Miss Scarlet, plus the premieres of Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light, and all-new series Miss Austen, are coming to PBS in early 2025. Season five of Miss Scarlet and season five of All Creatures Great and Small premiere January 12. Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light premieres March 23. Miss Austen premieres May 4.
