ABC has renewed Abbott Elementary for a sixth season. In this workplace comedy, a group of dedicated, passionate teachers — and a slightly tone-deaf principal — are brought together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible educators may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do — even if they don’t love the school district’s less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children. The series stars Quinta Brunson as Janine Teagues, Tyler James Williams as Gregory Eddie, Janelle James as Ava Coleman, Chris Perfetti as Jacob Hill, Lisa Ann Walter as Melissa Schemmenti, William Stanford Davis as Mr. Johnson and Sheryl Lee Ralph as Barbara Howard. 

Lanterns will premiere this August on HBO. The series follows new recruit John Stewart (Aaron Pierre) and Lantern legend Hal Jordan (Kyle Chandler), two intergalactic cops drawn into a dark, earth-based mystery as they investigate a murder in the American heartland. 

Jersey Shore Family Vacation will return for an 18 episode final season on MTV starting May 7. This farewell season marks the culmination of a franchise that entertained millions with major life milestones, laugh-out-loud chaos, and the unfiltered chemistry that defined an era of reality television. The “Shore” family is going bigger than ever, celebrating the moments that made this franchise a cultural phenomenon. The all-new season is packed with fist-pump-worthy milestones and unforgettable moments, from pregnancies and baby showers to bachelorette parties, gender reveals, ab reveals, births, birthdays, weddings, and more.

Age of Attraction premieres March 11 on Netflix. Age is thrown out the window when singles search for their soulmates, but will the years come between them? In this new dating series, hosted by Nick Viall and Natalie Joy, a group of daters will discover whether love is truly ageless. 

Miss Scarlet will return for a seventh season, which will be its final season. The series stars Kate Phillips as headstrong Eliza Scarlet, the first-ever female detective in Victorian London, who won’t let naysayers stop her from keeping her father’s business running

Season two of The Four Seasons will premiere May 28 on Netflix. The eight episode new season will once again follow six friends on four different vacations over the course of a year. Returning series regulars include Tina Fey, Will Forte, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Marco Calvani, Erika Henningsen, with Colman Domingo.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms has added cast for its upcoming second season. Lucy Boynton, Babou Ceesay, and Peter Mullan will join the HBO series. Every journey needs new companions.

FX has ordered Disinherited to series. Victoria Pedretti and Kiera Allen star as a pair of scrappy sisters thrust by an unexpected inheritance into a world of generational wealth and long-buried crimes. The pilot also starred Karl Glusman, Alan Ruck, Katja Herbers, Eddie Marsan and Jonathan Higginbotham. 

Production has begun on season two of Untamed. Netflix’s six episode mystery thriller series will see a new case bring Eric Bana’s Kyle Turner to Hawai’i. The series will film on location on O’ahu and the island of Hawaii. In season two, special agent Kyle Turner i’s called to investigate a mysterious death in Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park, where local tensions and the volatile, living landscape become an unpredictable force. Cast include Eric Bana, Shea Whigham, Moon Bloodgood, Kekoa Kekumano, Luciane Buchanan, Kelly Hu, Moronai Kanekoa, Robbie Magasiva, Myra Molloy, Branscombe Richmond, Matthew Keoni Sato, Joe Tippett. 

Gayle King will be staying at CBS Mornings as she renewed her contract. King co-hosts the morning shows with Nate Burleson. 

The History Channel has ordered Crime and Justice with Tom Selleck. Hosted and narrated by Tom Selleck, the 10-episode, one-hour series examines the true stories behind some of the most consequential crimes and investigations in American history, tracing the enduring battle between law and lawlessness – and the lawmen who ultimately brought some of the nation’s most dangerous criminals to justice. It examines moments when law enforcement faced long odds and was forced to adapt in order to prevail. Guided by Selleck – whose career has long reflected American grit and responsibility – the series takes viewers inside real investigations, standoffs, and takedowns that upheld the law and helped shape the nation’s understanding of justice. 

The History Channel has ordered Extraordinary Origins with Ted Danson. Hosted by Ted Danson, the 10-episode series examines the stories behind some of history’s most significant innovations, inventions, and discoveries that helped shape the modern world. Throughout history, many transformative innovations have emerged from unlikely places – sparked by curiosity, necessity, accident, or persistence. The series traces the pivotal moments when ideas first took shape, from accidental discoveries like penicillin, superglue, and the microwave to world-changing inventions such as the printing press and the personal computer. Each episode uncovers the chain of events behind the breakthroughs that reshaped industry, culture, and the modern world. 

The History Channel has ordered History’s Strange Fortunes with Kevin Bacon. Hosted by Kevin Bacon, stories about money – money made, money lost, and money spent – are woven into the fabric of our nation’s history. From a famous rock-and-roll singer who spent $50,000 on a late-night snack, to a lucky gold miner who unearthed a nugget worth nearly $1 million, to an epic heist that turned a circus hypnotist into an infamous con artist, the series explores some of the most unbelievable, yet true financial tales ever recorded. The series explores the world of money at its most extreme – where fortunes are built, squandered, and sometimes lost in the most surprising ways. Through compelling true stories and revealing moments, the series examines how wealth is earned, spent, and taken, and the ripple effects that follow. From massive gains to costly mistakes, it offers an inside look at the power of money and the consequences that come with it. 

The WWE will return to A&E with new seasons of returning series April 26. Biography: WWE Legends returns with new specials offering an inside look at legendary WWE Superstars, including the stories of the ‘Legion of Doom,’ ‘The Four Horsemen’ and famed ‘Von Erich family,’ that inspired a Hollywood film. WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats) returns for a new season with an all-new format, raising the stakes as rising talent battle for a shot at WWE stardom. Competitors face relentless pressure training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida where there are no limits and one defining moment could advance a Future Great to NXT or end their journey in the program altogether. Guided by iconic coaches and special guests including Booker T, Bubba Ray Dudley, Kevin Owens, Natalya and others, the series spotlights the next generation of hopefuls as they battle it out in front of packed crowds for a chance at greatness. WWE’s Greatest Moments offers fans a chance to count down the most iconic events in WWE history. Hosted by legendary play-by-play announcer Michael Cole, each half-hour episode pays tribute to WWE Superstars and Legends such as Chyna, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Lex Luger, Seth Rollins and more. From unforgettable debuts and backstage chaos, to highlights from the premium live events like Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania, relive some of the most iconic moments from the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s. 

A+E Global Media expands its Home.Made.Nation lifestyle programming block with more than 150 new hours of original content, set to premiere on A&E and FYI starting this spring. New series include Million Dollar Mountain Homes (April 11) and Zombie House Flipping: Family Business (May 30). Returning series include: Beer Budget Reno, Rachael Ray’s Meals in Minutes (May), Oceanfront Property Hunt (March 7), Lakefront Luxury (March 7), Million Dollar Zombie Flips (April 11), Instant Italian and The Chef’s Garden

The Verdict returns for season two March 24 on Vice TV. Hosted by Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo, in each episode, Russo and a lineup of sports insiders, journalists, and analysts get to the bottom of the hottest debates in sports history, presenting both sides through a fast-paced documentary debate format. Season two expands the scope across the sports world, from baseball to boxing to tennis – delivering compelling arguments powered by data, insider insights and first-hand reporting, all filtered through Russo’s unmistakable voice and point of view. A&E has ordered K9 PD with Jim Belushi, set to premiere March 25. The series showcases intense moments caught on camera of officers and their K9 partners facing high-stakes calls, told through gripping footage from surveillance cameras, body and dash cams, drones and more. Actor and lifelong K9 advocate Jim Belushi returns to the world of heroic K9s – only this time, it’s for real – serving as host of the series, which captures the courage, precision, and raw instinct behind one of law enforcement’s most formidable partnerships. 

History’s Greatest Machines with Dolph Lundgren premieres June 1 on The History Channel. Hosted and narrated by Dolph Lundgren, the eight-episode series takes viewers on a thrilling journey through the gears, guts, and genius behind the machines that reshaped our world. Dolph examines the engineering breakthroughs and historical impact of some of the world’s most influential machines, from the Saturn V rocket and ancient rocket artillery to the printing press, the Model T, and early personal computers. Through historical context and expert insight, the series also explores stealth aircraft, espionage technology, record-breaking vehicles, and the largest machines ever built, revealing how innovation and design helped alter the course of world events. 

A&E has announced three docuseries set to premiere in the coming years. Scott Peterson: The New Evidence will premiere Summer 2026. The Gotti Files will premiere in early 2027. Johnny Cash: The Man Comes Around will premiere in 2027. 

The HISTORY Channel marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001 with the new two-hour documentary special 102 Minutes Inside the Towers, a powerful account of the tragic events of that day told from an unprecedented point of view. Executive produced by Robin Roberts, the documentary offers a deeply immersive and unique perspective through firsthand accounts from those who were inside the Twin Towers. 

A+E Global Media today announced the greenlight of two new digital-first series that will premiere across HISTORY’s digital platforms. Premiering in summer 2026, Mistakes That Made America is a witty and insightful look at the surprising blunders that reshaped culture and innovation; and Cracking Up, coming later this year, is a digital comedy series that imagines classical marble busts as podcast hosts delivering sharp commentary on modern life through the lens of ancient history. 

ESPN will present more than 650 hours of live championship coverage surrounding 20 NCAA Winter Championships this March and April, including men’s & women’s indoor track & field, men’s & women’s swimming & diving, men’s & women’s wrestling, men’s & women’s basketball across all divisions – including international rights for Division I men’s basketball, plus fencing, men’s & women’s ice hockey, bowling, and men’s & women’s gymnastics. Various rounds of these championships are set for ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNEWS and ESPN+, with all games available on the ESPN App. 

Jason Benetti, a critically acclaimed Major League Baseball voice for the past 15 years, is joining NBC Sports to handle play-by-play for the new Sunday Night Baseball primetime package on NBC and Peacock. Benetti debuts in his new role on Thursday, March 26, at Dodger Stadium, as the World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers host the Arizona Diamondbacks, with coverage beginning at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock in the only primetime game on MLB’s Opening Day presented by Adobe. Benetti previously served as the play-by-play voice for NBC Sports’ presentation of MLB Sunday Leadoff on Peacock in 2022 and called baseball for NBC Sports during the Tokyo Olympics. For each telecast, Benetti will be paired with analysts with connections to each participating team. 

The CW will be the exclusive broadcast home of six additional Banana Ball games during the 2026 season. The first game between the Savannah Bananas and the Party Animals will air live on Sunday, May 10 (2:30-5:00 pm ET) from Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. The CW will also air Banana Ball games from Kansas City, Missouri; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Nashville, Tennessee; and the Bananas’ home field, Grayson Stadium in Savannah, Georgia.

Ryan Gosling hosts Saturday Night Live March 7. Gorillaz will serve as musical guest on the late night NBC series. This will be Gosling’s fourth time hosting. 

Season two of Bloodhounds premieres April 3 on Netflix. The new season returns with a bigger stage and even higher stakes, moving into the brutal world of an underground international boxing league. Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi are back as Gun-woo and Woo-jin, now tougher and more seasoned by everything they’ve survived, while Jung Ji-hoon joins the cast in a dramatic transformation as Baek-jeong – a chilling new villain whose power in the ring is matched only by his greed. 

All twelve episodes of the English dub of  Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer! begin streaming on Crunchyroll March 4. Lloyd is a white mage who was unexpectedly banished from the hero’s party. As he was lost and uncertain, he happened to cross paths with an S-rank adventurer party in need of a white mage, so he joined them on their quest.
