People.com is reporting that soap star Eileen Davidson will be joining the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!
Davidson, star of NBC’s Days of our Lives and CBS’ The Young and the Restless, would be the second soap opera star added to the cast in less than a week. Last week, E! Online reported that former Melrose Place and Days of our Lives star Lisa Rinna would be joining the reality series as well. The soap stars will take the place of the exiting Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud, who were fired after one season on the show.

A role on RHOBH would bring great exposure for Eileen Davidson, arguably the hardest working diva in daytime at the moment. The actress won her first Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress last month at the 2014 Daytime Emmy Awards, and is set to return to The Young and the Restless as Ashley Abbott this September! In addition, the actress’ 3-month story arc on Days of our Lives kicks off Monday, July 28, when the infamous Kristen DiMera returns to Salem!

The current Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast includes Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville and Yolanda Foster.
