ON THE BRINK OF WAR
Stephanie comforts Philip and the two decide to move in together. A furious Stefano arrives and lashes out at Philip for his hand in Tony’s death. He vows that he will make sure Philip feels the pain he has caused Stefano to feel. Victor & Stefano then have a run in and exchange words leading Victor to give his job at Titan back and ask him to move back home.
Philip takes the job, upsetting Stephanie. The two argue and breakup, but Stephanie knows she loves Philip and isn’t going to let go, no matter what the cost. After they make up Stephanie walks in on Max & Chelsea – and as if it wasn’t awkward enough Max warns her away from Philip, fearing she will get hurt in Philip’s war with the DiMeras. Max then runs into EJ and they discuss Philip; however when Chelsea arrives and defends him EJ blows up at her
OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE
Sami goes to EJ to comfort him about Tony’s death and decides to tell him the truth. However she is stopped when Stefano arrives and she realizes EJ is just as determined to hurt Philip as his father is. She is further stopped when Nicole arrives home. EJ walks out on Nicole after a fight about why she won’t go to Dr. Baker anymore. Nicole then demands to know if they are still getting married tomorrow and he tells her he isn’t sure. Nicole decides she needs to take Sami out of the competition for EJ but is shocked when she sees Rafe, thinking back to where she has seen him before…
Sami returns home and finds Rafe holding Grace. She admits she is thinking about telling EJ the truth, and when pressed as to why she reveals that her talks with Will and Bo have her doubting her choices. Rafe tries to advice against it but Sami blows up at him leading him to walk out on her. Caroline then comes to check on Sami and the subject of her keeping Bo’s true parentage a secret comes up. Rafe, after getting some advice from Sister Theresa, goes back to Sami to try and makeup.
SWEET REVENGE
Maggie is interviewed by Chloe for Hearth & Home and afterwards give Chloe a wedding gift. Kate decides to move forward in her plot to get revenge on Chloe and tails Chelsea on her job at the hospital trying to figure out the best way to steal some meds. Melanie however arrives just as Kate decides to swoop in for the steal.
Maggie pushes Daniel into letting her fix him up with someone after she watches him watch Chloe and Lucas together at the pub. When Kate finds out Maggie’s plans, she tells the possible date some “facts” about Daniel. Chloe then tells Lucas she has gotten a job offer as an opera singer in Vancouver.
