Netflix has renewed The Lincoln Lawyer for a third season. The season will consist of ten episodes and will be based on the fifth book in “The Lincoln Lawyer” series by Michael Connelly, “The Gods of Guilt.” Manuel Garcia-Rulfo will return as Mickey Haller. Becki Newton (Lorna), Jazz Raycole (Izzy), Angus Sampson (Cisco) and Yaya DaCosta (Andrea Freemann), among others, reprise their roles. The new season was heavily teased with the cliffhanger ending of the second season.

Season two of Our Flag Means Death premieres on Max October 26. The series is based (very) loosely on the true adventures of 18th century would-be pirate Stede Bonnet. After trading the seemingly charmed life of a gentleman for one of a swashbuckling buccaneer, Stede became captain of the pirate ship Revenge. Struggling to earn the respect of his potentially mutinous crew, Stede’s fortunes changed after a fateful run-in with the infamous Captain Blackbeard. To their surprise, the wildly different Stede and Blackbeard found more than friendship on the high seas… they found love. Now, they have to survive it. 

One Piece premieres on Netflix August 31. Based on Japan’s highest-selling manga series in history by Eiichiro Oda, the series is a legendary high-seas adventure unlike any other. Monkey D. Luffy is a young adventurer who has longed for a life of freedom since he can remember. Luffy sets off from his small village on a perilous journey to find the legendary fabled treasure, One Piece, to become King of the Pirates! But in order to find the ultimate prize, Luffy will need to assemble the crew he’s always wanted before finding a ship to sail, searching every inch of the vast blue seas, outpacing the Marines, and outwitting dangerous rivals at every turn. 

Season three of BMF will premiere on Starz March 1. The new season resumes the storyline inspired by brothers Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, who established one of the most infamous crime families in the country known as, Black Mafia Family. We kick off Season three in the early ’90s when the Flenory Family has reinvented themselves. Meech has moved to Atlanta on a mission to build up the BMF empire in the south that he and Terry created in Detroit. The series continues to humanize the choices of the brothers’ business and their pursuits of the American Dream. 

Season two of dramedy A La Carte premieres on ALLBLK September 14. The ten episode season explores who Misha, Reign, and Shyra are as friends to each other without the friend that brought them all together: Mahogany. Her absence will serve as a catalyst for comedy and drama within this new friend dynamic. In your mid-20’s, relationships of convenience are fickle, and in L.A. especially, they are not easy to sustain. The mistakes they make will bring them closer in some ways and push them further apart in others. These three friends will continue their independent and collective journey discovering and unraveling who they are through the lens of comedy, love, sex, fire, and trial & error. 

Hulu has canceled The Great after three seasons. The satirical, comedic drama series followed the rise of Catherine the Great from outsider to the longest reigning female ruler in Russia’s history. A fictionalized, fun and anachronistic story of an idealistic, romantic young girl, who arrives in Russia for an arranged marriage to the mercurial Emperor Peter. Hoping for love and sunshine, she finds instead a dangerous, depraved, backward world that she resolves to change. All she has to do is kill her husband, beat the church, baffle the military and get the court onside. A very modern story about the past which encompasses the many roles she played over her lifetime as lover, teacher, ruler, friend, and fighter.

Season 36 of Live with Kelly and Mark will premiere September 5. The iconic, nationally syndicated talk show jumps into fall with lots of laughs and love, engaging interviews, cooking demos and must-have home and life tips that have kept audiences smiling across the country like no other entertainment talk show on television for decades. The new season begins with an exciting new show open and the competitive trivia challenge: STUMP MARK! Mark will try his darnedest to keep the coveted “Live” mug away from trivia callers trying to stump him with their two statements – one true, one false. The week will also include a themed week entitled “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work,” featuring helpful info from experts about how to best work with your partner with Kelly and Mark participating in physical challenges to see just how great of a “team” they truly are. Guests appearing the premiere week include Melissa Etheridge, Jake Gyllenhaal, Josh Gadd and Phillip Phillips.

The CW has pulled Bump from the Monday schedule. The acquired series was in the middle of its second season airing. Repeat episodes of Whose Line Is It Anyway? will air in its place. The CW additionally pulled Recipe for Disaster from the Saturday schedule. Repeat episodes of Masters of Illusion will air in its place. 

Season 35 of The Amazing Race kicks off at the iconic Hollywood Sign in the season premiere September 27 at 9:30. In its biggest season yet, the race ups the ante, by starting with an unprecedented 13 new globetrotting teams who will set off on a 23,800-mile adventure around the world and visit a new country, Slovenia, known for its beautiful landscape and dramatic scenery. Here, teams will fly in a gravity defying glider, 2,000 feet over Lake Bled, cross-country ski indoors and climb 1,110 steps to the top of Planica’s tallest ski jump, among other once-in-a-lifetime challenges. 

Eight CBS owned The CW affiliates will transition to independent September 1. As part of the transition, KBCW-TV in San Francisco will change its call letters to KPYX and be branded as KPIX+, and WPCW in Pittsburgh will change its call letters to WPKD-TV and be branded as KDKA+. The stations’ new brands align with the call letters for their CBS sister stations, KPIX in San Francisco and KDKA in Pittsburgh. The other six stations will keep their current call letters and will be branded with the city where they are based and channel number (e.g. KSTW-TV, Seattle11). The newly minted independent stations’ fall schedules will feature a total of seven local, one-hour newscasts. In addition, seven of the new independents will air CBS News’ 48 Hours in primetime, beginning September 11, when the award-winning crime and justice series launches in weekday syndication. 

AXS TV has unveiled its Fall programming lineup. SPIN 100 Greatest Rock Stars, Life In Six Strings With Kylie Olsson, The Partridge Family and Cash Cab Canada will air Mondays starting October 2. The Top Ten Revealed and Parking Lot Payday will air Tuesdays starting October 3. Hot Ones and Rockstar Shuffle will air Wednesdays starting October 4. IMPACT Wrestling, New Japan Pro-Wrestling and The Power Hour will air Thursdays starting October 5. The Very Very Best Of The 80s, The Monkees, and Retro Movies will air Fridays starting October 6. 

The has expanded and extended its network affiliation agreement with Gray Television, Inc. (Gray). Gray will continue carrying The CW’s entertainment and sports programming on television stations in a total of 55 markets across the country, 42 of which are covered under the terms of the new agreement and 13 of which are covered by previous agreements with the network. In addition, beginning September 2, Gray will launch The CW on PeachtreeTV (WPCH-TV) in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Devil’s Plan premieres September 26 on Netflix. In this competition of intelligence, contestants face off in games of wit and strategy to be crowned winner and go home with the ultimate prize.

The Golden Bachelor premieres on ABC September 28. 22 incredible women in the prime of their lives will roll up their stockings and step into the spotlight, hoping to find lasting love with Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner. Ranging in age from 60 to 75, these accomplished golden ladies will take time away from their established home lives, friends and family, in the quest to rediscover love – and perhaps even themselves – in the process. 

Who Killed Jill Dando? premieres on Netflix September 26. British broadcasting legend, Jill Dando, was killed by a single bullet on her doorstep in 1999 in broad daylight. Despite one of the biggest homicide investigations in British history, the murder remains unsolved. This three-part series takes viewers through the twists and the turns of a true crime mystery as her family, friends, journalists, investigators and lawyers wrestle with the question: Who Killed Jill Dando? 

Korean thriller series Bargain premieres on Paramount+ October 5 with all six episodes. Men are lured to a remote hotel under the guise of sexual encounters only to be caught in a trafficking ring where their organs are auctioned off to the highest bidder. After a catastrophic earthquake, the victims, traffickers and buyers all are trapped inside the crumbling building. Cut off from the outside world, they must fight to survive the aftermath at any cost. The series is based on the short film of the same name from Lee Chung-hyun that was released in 2015. 

Ferry: The Series premieres November 3 on Netflix. Ferry Bouman tries as a novice xtc-producer to get a foothold in the Brabant underworld. With John, brother-in-law Lars, Remco, and Dennis, he fights the immovable drug lord Arie Tack and a notorious motorcycle club to win his place at the top. But only when his lover Danielle learns the dark side of Ferry and his business it becomes clear what price he has to pay to become the greatest… 

Gold Rush returns for a new season on Discovery Channel September 29. After 10 years working in the Klondike, 28-year-old mining prodigy Parker Schnabel is at a crossroads. He must decide whether to play it safe and scale back his operation or risk it all on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire historically gold-rich virgin ground. It’s a massive gamble that could bankrupt him or deliver hundreds of millions in profit and cement his place as one of the most powerful miners in the region. In gold mining, there is no better reward than hitting paydirt and potentially making millions overnight. With it come the challenges of mechanical failure or risk of sinking your life savings into barren ground. Despite previous successes, these miners must continue to put in the hard work to stay at the top and fulfill the ultimate American Dream. 

Inside the NFL premieres on The CW Spetember 5. Ryan Clark will serve as the program’s host with Channing Crowder, Jay Cutler, Chad Johnson, and Chris Long as analysts as they break down previously unseen highlights and exclusive NFL Films mic’d up sounds from the week’s most exciting matchups while serving up unfiltered commentary.
