You premieres April 24 on Netflix. In the epic fifth and final season, Joe Goldberg returns to New York to enjoy his happily ever after… until his perfect life is threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires. 

Ransom Canyon premieres April 17 on Netflix. Love, loss, and loyalty collide beneath the crimson mesas of Texas Hill Country. With three ranching family dynasties locked in a contest for control of the land, their lives and legacies are threatened by outside forces intent on destroying their way of life. At the center of it all is stoic rancher Staten Kirkland, who is healing from heartbreaking loss and on a quest for vengeance. Staten’s only glimmer of hope rests in the eyes and heart of Quinn O’Grady, longtime family friend and owner of the local dancehall. But as the battle to save Ransom wages on, a mysterious cowboy drifts into town, dredging up secrets from the past. Vise tightening, Staten fights to protect the land he calls home, and the only love that can pull him back from the demons that haunt him.

Blue Box has been renewed for a second season on Netflix. Taiki Inomata is a freshman in the boys’ badminton team at sports powerhouse Eimei Private High School. He has this long-time crush on the basketball rising star Chinatsu Kano, the older girl he trains alongside every morning in the gym. One day, their relationship takes a sharp turn … And thus begins this brand-new series of romance, sports and youth! 

The Better Sister, starring Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks, premieres May 29 on Prime Video. Based on the book by Alafair Burke, the 8-episode electric thriller limited series is about the terrible things that drive sisters apart and ultimately bring them back together. Chloe, a high-profile media executive, lives a picturesque life with her handsome lawyer husband Adam and teenage son Ethan by her side while her estranged sister Nicky struggles to make ends meet and stay clean. When Adam is brutally murdered, the prime suspect sends shockwaves through the family, reuniting the two sisters, as they try to untangle a complicated family history to discover the truth behind his death. 

Viral dating series Pop the Balloon will premiere live on Netflix every Thursday starting April 10. Hosted by Yvonne Orji, the series will be the same Pop the Balloon fans know and love, but now with even higher stakes, fresh twists and celebrity surprises. In this electrifying dating experiment, singles test their chemistry while trying to keep their balloon intact. As connections form and tensions rise, one thing is certain: when your balloon pops, so does your shot at love. Now, for the first time ever, the series is going live on Netflix, bringing real-time eliminations, unpredictable dilemmas, and unfiltered romance straight to viewers as it happens. Alongside everyday contestants, some of your favorite reality stars and personalities including Johnny Bananas, Chase DeMoor, Farrah Abraham, and Zaina Sesay will join the show stepping into a whole new dating experience- raw, real and unlike anything they’ve faced before. 

Game shows Celebrity Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! Masters return April 30 on ABC. Hosted by pop-culture legends Pat Sajak and Vanna White, Celebrity Wheel of Fortune welcomes celebrity contestants to spin the world’s most famous Wheel and solve puzzles for a chance to win $1 million for the charity of their choice. The all-star lineup for Sajak’s “Final Spin” as host includes Cameron Brink, Josh Gad, Tiffany Haddish, Regina Hall, Rachael Harris, Ellie Kemper, Justin Long, Joe Manganiello, Katharine McPhee, Oscar Nuñez, Randall Park, Andrew Rannells, Sam Richardson, Matt Walsh and Rainn Wilson. Hosted by Jeopardy! G.O.A.T. Ken Jennings, the third annual Jeopardy! Masters 2025 tournament will feature an expanded lineup of the top-ranked current Jeopardy! contestants, each competing in two action-packed games per hourlong episode for the grand prize of $500,000. Contestants will include reigning champion Victoria Groce, returning finalist Yogesh Raut, 2025 Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions winner Neilesh Vinjamuri, TOC finalists Adriana Harmeyer and Isaac Hirsch, 2025 Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament champion Matt Amodio, and JIT finalists Roger Craig and Juveria Zaheer. Additionally, this tournament marks the return of Brad Rutter, one of the biggest winners in Jeopardy! history, who will step back onto the Alex Trebek Stage for the first time since 2020’s Jeopardy!: The Greatest of All Time event. 

Lily Taylor has been cast in the upcoming second season of Daredevil: Born Again. Taylor will recur as a political opponent for Wilson Fisk in the Disney+ series. 

Docuseries Octopus! premieres May 8 on Prime Video. Narrated by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the two part special transports viewers into the otherworldly depths of one of the most intelligent and mysterious life forms on Earth as it follows the Giant Pacific Octopus from birth to death. The documentary features an eclectic mix of characters who have their own unique connections to these creatures, from the scientist trying to save them, the explorer trying to understand them, to Tracy Morgan, who is obsessed with them. Their adventures will make us laugh, cry, and question our own place on this planet along the way. 

Dr. Stone: Science Future returns for its second cour this July. Several thousand years after a mysterious phenomenon that turns all of humanity to stone, the extraordinarily intelligent, science-driven boy, Senku Ishigami, awakens. Facing a world of stone and the total collapse of civilization, Senku makes up his mind to use science to rebuild the world. Starting with his super strong childhood friend Taiju Oki, who awakened at the same time, they will begin to rebuild civilization from nothing. Depicting two million years of scientific history from the Stone Age to present day, the unprecedented crafting adventure story is about to begin! The series streams on Crunchyroll. 

Season two of Wild Game Kitchen premieres May 3 on FYI. Starring Andrew Zimmern, the series will explore the art of creating easy and delicious meals while cooking wild food over open flame. Each episode will follow Zimmern as he demystifies preparing game meat and fish and provides tips for sourcing, butchering, and preparing meals with non-traditional or often overlooked proteins. With recipes that span across seafood including mackerel, squid and snapper to game meat like wild boar, elk, and bison to poultry such as guinea hen, quail and pigeon, Zimmern is an expert in showcasing how stunning dishes can be created from a wide variety of ingredients. Bringing in culinary influences from across the globe, each episode showcases one protein and how it can be the star of any table. 

Scandals is coming soon to Netflix. Based on the 2003 Korean film Untold Scandal, which reimagined the promiscuous world of the French novel Dangerous Connections by Pierre Choderlos de Laclos in the context of the Joseon era, the series brings to life a world where love and temptation were taboo. Set in a time when harboring desires was forbidden, the series depicts characters who challenge the strict order of society and engage in a risqué game of love and temptation. 

Season twelve of syndicated courtroom series Hot Bench will see a new judge and bailiff. Daniel Mentzer will replace retiring Judge Michael Corriero, joining Yodit Tewolde and Rachel Juarez. Gina Findley will replace bailiff Sonia Montejano. 

Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You has been renewed for a second season. It’s the year 2020, and Mizuho is having the worst 17th birthday ever. Her parents forgot it’s her birthday, she still can’t seem to get close to the senior she likes, and all her school trips and tournaments are canceled thanks to a new disease going around. She’s convinced she’ll never have the kind of youth she’s always dreamt of…until her childhood friend, Kizuki, suddenly asks her out. The series streams on Crunchyroll.

Red Bull Soapbox Race premieres April 29 on Discovery Channel. Hosted by NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. and motorsports announcer Mike Bagley, the series features amateur teams as they design and build one-of-a-kind, gravity-powered soapbox racers that compete – and crash – on intricate, downhill courses. Each episode of the wildly entertaining series focuses on a competition in a different city from around the world, including London, Des Moines, Dallas, Edmonton, Johannesburg, Madrid and Sao Paolo. Everyday people will transform into daredevil engineers as they battle to be the fastest to the bottom of the nearly half-mile course. No two events are the same – every track presents distinct challenges, from water features to intimidating “bone rattler” and “final kicker” sections. Teams are judged not only on speed, but also on creativity and showmanship. Winners will take home a trophy along with the ultimate bragging rights. 

Devil May Cry premieres April 3 on Netflix. In this animated adaptation of the popular Capcom game and from the vision of Adi Shankar, sinister forces are at play to open the portal between the human and demon realms. In the middle of it all is Dante, an orphaned demon-hunter-for-hire, unaware that the fate of both worlds hangs around his neck. “Afterlife” (an alternate version of which will appear multiple times in the series) is co-written by Alex Seaver of Mako and Evanescence’s Amy Lee. Co-produced by Nick Raskulinecz and Alex Seaver of Mako, “Afterlife” will be released by Netflix. The song will be available on all audio streaming services at midnight and the soundtrack album for the series will be released on April 3.
