The Queen family suffered a devastating loss on the last episode of Arrow when Slade killed Moira in front of Oliver and Thea. Before he took his leave, Slade warned Oliver that he wasn’t done with him yet and there was still someone else that he planned to kill in his continuing effort to make Oliver suffer until he’s finally ready to kill him.

City of Blood” picks up with Starling City mourning the loss of Moira. In the promo released by The CW, Thea is struggling with the truth while Oliver continues to blame himself and suffers in solitude. Digg and Felicity go outside the team to try and track him down and Laurel reaches out to him as well.

But Slade is not the only villain in this story. Deathstroke has amassed an army for Sebastian Blood to lead. Now that Moira is gone, there’s no one standing in Blood’s path to becoming mayor. As the episode stills reveal, the Arrow does go up against the army and he gets some help from Laurel. Will she finally find the evidence she needs to prove that Blood has been the bad guy all along?
