CBS has renewed Watson for a second season. The series takes place six months after the death of the titular character’s friend and partner Sherlock Holmes at the hands of Moriarty. The show stars Morris Chestnut as Dr. John Watson, who resumes his medical career as the head of a clinic dedicated to treating rare disorders. Watson’s old life isn’t done with him, though – Moriarty and Watson are set to write their own chapter of a story that has fascinated audiences for more than a century. Watson is a medical show with a strong investigative spine, featuring a modern version of one of history’s greatest detectives as he turns his attention from solving crimes to solving medical mysteries. 

Netflix has ordered a live action Scooby-Doo series. The eight episode series will uncover how everyone’s favorite mystery-solving gang, and their beloved dog, first teamed up to crack the haunting case that started it all. During their final summer at camp, old friends Shaggy and Daphne get embroiled in a haunting mystery surrounding a lonely lost Great Dane puppy that may have been a witness to a supernatural murder. Together with the pragmatic and scientific townie, Velma, and the strange, but ever so handsome new kid, Freddy, they set out to solve the case that is pulling each of them into a creepy nightmare that threatens to expose all of their secrets. 

CBS has canceled late night series After Midnight after two seasons. Taylor Tomlinson hosts the series which will run through June. Once it wraps, the network will no longer program the 12:30am slot. 

IFC and AMC+ have renewed SisterS for a second season. Season two picks up in Dublin, eighteen months after Sare had abandoned her sister Suze, who has just discovered she can’t have the biological child she has just figured out she wants. Meanwhile in Canada, Sare realizes she is floating in the dreamy haze of denial about who she is but thinks she has managed to board the ‘perfect life’ train, just in the nick of time. When an invite to Sare’s wedding lands on Suze’s doorstep, Suze travels to Canada in the hope of reconnecting with her sister. Then, the sisterly drama ensues. 

Étoile premieres April 24 on Prime Video. The original new series is set in both New York and Paris, and follows the dancers and artistic staff of two world-renowned ballet companies as they embark on an ambitious gambit to save their storied institutions: swapping their most talented stars.

Medical drama Resident Playbook premieres April 12 on Netflix. A spinoff of the globally beloved Hospital Playlist, the series follows the vibrant and unpredictable lives of first-year OB/GYN residents as they navigate their challenging yet heartfelt journeys to become skilled medical professionals.

Mikey Madison is set to host Saturday Night Live March 29. Morgan Wallen will serve as musical guest on the late night NBC series. 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills three part reunion begins April 1 on Bravo. Host Andy Cohen joins Garcelle Beauvais, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke and new housewife Bozoma Saint John as they revisit an emotional season 14 that saw monumental changes and new beginnings for the ladies of 90210. Friends Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly also join.

A&E has announced premiere dates for two of its Home.Made.Nation series. Beer Budget Reno premieres April 5. Kristen Coutts, a self-taught DIY enthusiast, picked up her first power tool during maternity leave, shortly after her family moved into a fixer-upper home. After getting astronomical quotes from contractors, Kristen figured out how to take on the renovation herself and now, with an arsenal of money-saving hacks up her sleeve, she transforms outdated spaces into something functional and beautiful. Zombie House Flipping returns April 12. The flippers take on dilapidated homes in Tampa, transforming them into stunning designer properties while navigating hidden costs, tight budgets, and unexpected challenges. In the high-stakes world of house flipping, every project is a race against time to turn a profit.

Season two of WondLa will premiere on Apple TV+ April 25. This futuristic coming-of-age story follows 16-year-old Eva 9 as her epic journey continues and she uncovers startling truths about her past and the world she calls home. Picking up from season one’s shocking cliff-hanger, Eva is drawn toward the promise of home – but new discoveries only lead to more unanswered questions. As she searches for the truth, Eva finds herself pursued by a relentless force that believes she holds the key to something far greater than she ever imagined. In a season brimming with revelations, sacrifice and an existential fight for survival, Eva must choose where she truly belongs. 

The Bombing of Pan Am 103 is coming soon to Netflix. The six part drama is based on the true story of the bombing of a passenger flight over the small Scottish town of Lockerbie in 1988 and the quest to bring the perpetrators to justice. It follows the untold story of the Scots-US investigation into the attack and the devastating effect it had on the small town and the families who lost loved ones. From the initial exhaustive search for evidence on the ground in Scotland, via the US and Malta to the trial at Camp Zeist in 2000, the series leads up to the upcoming new trial in the US. It also highlights the human impact on the investigators, the families and the Lockerbie community as it sought to rebuild and connect with bereaved families around the world. 

TNA Wrestling is presenting its landmark 2025 event Sacrifice in a special presentation immediately following TNA iMPACT! on Thursday, March 27 at 10pm ET on AXS TV. Also, Sacrifice will be broadcast on Sportsnet 360, Sunday, March 30 at 6pm ET. Originally filmed live in El Paso, Texas on March 14, Sacrifice was truly a historic occasion for the promotion, boasting its largest attendance in the U.S. in over a decade. The night was headlined by an epic 10-Man Steel Cage Tag Team Match, as TNA World Champion Joe Hendry partnered with tag team icon Matt Hardy, Elijah, and TNA favorites Leon Slater and Nic Nemeth in a physical battle against The System and The Colóns. Other notable matches include Moose putting his TNA X Division Championship on the line in a ladder match against Jeff Hardy; Spitfire going toe-to-toe against Ash & Heather By Elegance for the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships; and Léi Ying Lee battling Tessa Blanchard. 

Billy Joel: And So It Goes will premiere this summer on HBO. The two part documentary is an expansive portrait of the life and music of Billy Joel, exploring the love, loss, and personal struggles that fuel his songwriting. With unprecedented access to never-before-seen performances, home movies, and personal photographs, along with extensive, in-depth one-on-one interviews, the documentary intimately explores the life and work of Joel, whose music has endured across generations. 

NBC Sports will continue to present the Breeders’ Cup World Championships on NBC, Peacock, and USA Network through 2030. The new deal begins this year with 10 hours of coverage of the 2025 Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, featuring 3.5 hours on NBC in addition to coverage on USA Network. Peacock will stream live coverage across both days of the event. 

A Tragedy Foretold: Flight 3054 premieres April 23 on Netflix. The untold stories and human tragedy behind Latin America’s deadliest air disaster are investigated in this three-part documentary series.
