Bad Monkey is back for season two December 2 on Apple TV. Based on Carl Hiaasen’s novel, the 10-episode sophomore season will revolve around an all-new original story. After Andrew Yancy (Vince Vaughn) witnesses the murder of Florida’s finest fixer, an ambitious state attorney pairs him up with a strait-laced forensic accountant to solve the crime. Eager to regain his detective’s badge, Yancy finds himself embroiled in a turf war between rival criminal organizations as he navigates a variety of Florida oddballs, including an erudite mob boss, his unhinged son and a hard-edged young woman who needs Yancy’s protection. Meanwhile, Yancy contends with his aging father; unresolved romantic tension with Dr. Rosa Campensino (Natalie Martinez), who launches her own investigation into a mysterious rash; and a bombastic animal relocation specialist whose business threatens the local environment. Season two is led by returning stars Vaughn, Martinez, Charlotte Lawrence and John Ortiz, alongside new additions John Malkovich, Yvonne Strahovski and Zavior Phillips. Nate Jackson, Sofia Boutella, Brent Morin, Joey Avery, Dax Shepard, Sam Jaeger, Margarita Levieva, Peter Billingsley and June Diane Raphael are guest stars.

Revenge thriller Kill Jackie premieres October 2 on AMC+. The adrenaline-fueled, 8-episode series stars Catherine Zeta-Jones and is based on the acclaimed novel The Price You Pay by Nick Harkaway, writing as Aidan Truhen. Jackie Price (Zeta-Jones) has been living a luxurious existence for the last twenty years – travelling the world, selling fine art and, above all, trying to stay anonymous after escaping a dangerous past as an international drug smuggler. But just as life starts to feel a little boring, it takes a sudden lethal turn when she discovers that The Seven Demons, a squad of the world’s most terrifying hitmen, have been hired to kill her. Assuming someone from her past is behind it, Jackie unleashes her old instincts and embarks on a wild, dangerous game plan: to take down The Demons one by one before they kill her. However, she soon realizes her own demons are much more terrifying than the ruthless killers on her trail… and her buried secrets lead her closer to home, with surprising consequences. 

Season two of Murderbot has added more cast. Joining the Apple TV series are Alexander Skarsgård, Noma Dumezweni, David Dastmalchian, Akshay Khanna, Tamara Podemski, Sabrina Wu, Tattiawna Jones, John Cho, Jack McBrayer, Kali Reis, Clark Gregg, DeWanda Wise, Blair Underwood, Griffin Newman, Jason George, Topher Grace, Patton Oswalt, Brendan Hunt, Nicholas Braun, Britne Oldford, Katy O’Brian, Bridget Everett, Michael Sheen, Wanda Sykes, Martha Plimpton, Tramell Tillman, and Steve Buscemi. 

Season two of Best Medicine premieres September 22 on Fox. Relationships are tested, the cases are wilder than ever, and the whole town is wondering if Dr. Best is here to stay. 

Earle Meets World premieres September 4 on Netflix. Gen-Z’s ultimate It Girl, Alix Earle, is making the next big jump in her career. Can she balance her burgeoning business empire with being that unfiltered, twenty-something, hot mess that America fell in love with? Now she’s taking her candid chaos from your FYP to TV… and nothing is off limits. 

FX has ordered met-thriller limited series Legends reuniting the stars of Sons of Anarchy. When the cast of Sons of Anarchy reunites at a fan convention after more than a decade, the line between life and art blurs as the fractured brotherhood finds itself up against a real-world threat more dangerous than anything they ever faced in their show. Playing themselves in this real-world adventure, Charlie Hunnam will star with Ron Perlman, Katey Sagal, Maggie Siff, Mark Boone Junior, Tommy Flanagan, Kim Coates and Theo Rossi with additional cast to be announced. 

Netflix is developing an Outer Banks prequel series. The news comes as the original series wraps its five season run on August 20. The potential new series would explore the societal divide between the Pogues and the Kooks, set 20 years in the past. 

Hulu has acquired two series. Docuseries The Promise: Finding My Mother’s Killer follows Pooneh Entezari, who spent over 30 years pursuing her mother’s killer in an attempt to clear her father’s name. Australian LQBTQ drama series Invisible Boys explores the challenges faced by a group of gay teens in a remote coastal town after one of them is outed on social media following an encounter with a married man. 

New cast members have been announced for the upcoming second season of Bloodaxe. Joining the Prime Video series as a series regular is Gard Løkke. Melina Åkerman, Kieran Bew, Sebastian Bull, and George Burgess will star in recurring roles. The series is an epic historical drama, created, written, and executive produced by Michael and Horatio Hirst, which chronicles the rise of one of history’s most famous Norse raiders, Erik Bloodaxe (Xavier Molyneux), and his formidable wife Gunnhild, Mother of Kings (Jessica Madsen). The series’ highly anticipated first season has yet to debut, and will tell the story of their fight for the throne of Norway, as the land is torn apart by fierce rivals, shifting loyalties, and bloody betrayals. With war looming and chaos consuming the kingdom, drawing in the ruthless Kings of other Scandinavian countries, and even a powerful English ruler, the stage is set for a thundering, cataclysmic, compelling, and utterly magical new Norse saga. 

Jeff Hiller has been promoted to series regular on Widow’s Bay. Hiller previously guest starred in the Apple TV horror comedy series. 

Ariana Madix will once again appear in the upcoming third season of St. Denis Medical. Madix will reprise her role as a cardiac surgeon on the NBC comedy series. 

Tracy Tutor is joining the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the upcoming 16th season. Tutor is the star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles 

Jamie Foxx: Take Care of Yourself premieres October 7 on hulu. Jamie Foxx only gets better with age. In the new special, Foxx delivers a much-needed dose of self-care in his most honest, evolved, and unforgettable chapter yet. 

Season two of Blue Skies will premiere October 1 on UP Faith & Family. A&E has announced premiere dates for the upcoming fall season. A bonus episode of Scott Peterson: The New Evidence will premiere August 28. Defense attorney and legal analyst Chris Pixley sits down with former prosecutor and legal analyst Joshua Ritter for a compelling debate on the latest developments in the Scott Peterson case. Production has begun on Brazilian Netflix series Imperfect Mother. Filmed in Rio de Janeiro, the series focuses on human relationships shaped by moral dilemmas, difficult choices and the challenges of starting over. Paolla Oliveira and Fabiula Nascimento star in the series.  

Shudder’s epic Season of Screams programming event returns September 1 featuring a supersized lineup of new film releases, series, specials, screening events and live watch parties on Shudder TV. The four-month celebration takes horror fans from spooky season through the holiday season and spotlights popular franchise films and series – from Insidious 1-3 to Twilight Zone: The Movie to all four films from Hitchcock’s beloved thriller franchise Psycho, starring Anthony Perkins as Norman Bates – and brings back an all-new Ghoul Log special, the annual twist on the traditional holiday yule log, featuring haunting visuals centered on a creepy candlelit jack-o-lantern in Curse of the Ghoul Logs beginning October 1. Shudder’s Season of Screams features highly anticipated premieres every Friday through the end of the year, including the acclaimed Parasomnia, a new installment in the popular V/H/S franchise, V/H/S/Mixtape, the found footage breakout hit Infirmary, body horror thriller Bloody Tennis, supernatural nightmare The Cycle, Milly Shapiro-led Hallowarrior, a new season of The Creep Tapes, the 2026 FANGORIA Chainsaw Awards, and a new Halloween special, Joe Bob’s Halloween House Party. These titles and more join Shudder’s extensive library, including Tales from the Crypt, Shudder Original Series Creepshow, the Hell House LLC franchise, and more. 

Beth Behrs is set to reunite with Kat Dennings on Shifting Gears. Behrs will be a guest star on the season three premiere of the ABC series. The two previously starred on the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls. 

NCIS: New York premieres October 6 on CBS. Legendary NCIS Special Agent Sam Hanna (LL COOL J) returns to his hometown of New York City to the NCIS field office, partnering with a roguish agent (Scott Caan) and helping lead a new team as they are tasked with high-stakes missions to defend one of the most vital cities and ports in the world. 

Australian series Dalliance premieres August 27 on Paramount+. A longtime circle of friends in their sixties is forced to confront the messy realities of life as marriages implode, new relationships ignite and old wounds resurface.

Physical 100: Mexico premieres September 16 on Netflix. One hundred contestants from diverse backgrounds and professions face impressive physical challenges to determine who will be crowned Mexico’s ultimate athlete. 

Betty La Fea: Uglier Than Ever returns August 28 on Prime Video. With Bogotá as the backdrop, a nod to the city where it all began, this new chapter confirms what fans have been sensing all along: this is a Betty like we’ve never seen before. From new scenarios and Sofía’s comeback to reunite El Cuartel de las Feas in full for the first time since the original soap opera, the trailer promises a season full of nostalgia, humor, and unexpected twists. 

Jo Koy: Blue in the Face premieres September 15 on Netflix. Filmed before a sold-out crowd at Stockton Arena, the location holds added significance for Jo Koy. Once known as “Little Manila,” Stockton has deep roots in Filipino American history, making it especially meaningful for Koy to honor the city and its lasting impact on the Filipino community. Filmed in front of a sold out crowd in Stockton, California, Jo Koy relives a wild dental disaster, recounts getting fired from McDonald’s and celebrates his veteran stepdad in this hilariously heartfelt special. 

New episodes of Thunder 3 stream weekly on Netflix. Unremarkably ordinary middle schoolers, Pyontaro, Hiroshi and Tsubame, wander into an extraordinary adventure when Pyontaro’s little sister goes missing. The battle against the aliens rages on! Will Rebellion and the Small Three emerge victorious, or will the aliens overwhelm them completely?
