The Boys season three returns to Prime Video July 8 with three episodes. Weekly episodes will roll out after the premiere. The series is a fun and irreverent take on what happens when superheroes – who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and as revered as gods – abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. Intent on stopping the corrupt superheroes, The Boys, a group of vigilantes, continue their heroic quest to expose the truth about The Seven and Vought – the multibillion-dollar conglomerate that manages the superheroes and covers up their dirty secrets. It’s the seemingly powerless against the super-powerful. 

Season three of For All Mankind premieres June 10 on Apple TV+. In the new season, the Red Planet becomes the new frontier in the Space Race not only for the U.S. and the Soviet Union, but also an unexpected new entrant with a lot to prove and even more at stake. Our characters find themselves going head-to-head as their ambitions for Mars come into conflict and their loyalties are tested, creating a pressure cooker that builds to a climactic conclusion. 

The fourth and final season of The CW’s Roswell, New Mexico will premiere June 6. Shiri Appleby, who starred in the original series, will recur in the new season. After reluctantly returning to her tourist-trap hometown of Roswell, New Mexico, the daughter of undocumented immigrants discovers a shocking truth about her teenage crush who is now a police officer: he’s an alien who has kept his unearthly abilities hidden his entire life. She protects his secret as the two reconnect and begin to investigate his origins, but when a violent attack and long-standing government cover-up point to a greater alien presence on Earth, the politics of fear and hatred threaten to expose him and destroy their deepening romance.

Season three of hulu’s animated series Solar Opposites is set to premiere July 13. All 11 episodes will premiere. The series follows a team of four aliens who are evenly split on whether Earth is awful or awesome. Korvo and Yumyulack only see the pollution, crass consumerism and human frailty, while Terry and Jesse love TV, junk food and fun stuff. In season three, this alien team strives to be less of a team and more of a family. 

Edie Falco is set to star alongside Pete Davidson in Peacock’s Bupkis. The series follows a fictionalized version of Pete Davidson. Falco will play Davidson’s mom. 

Reba McEntire has joined the cast of ABC’s Big Sky for its upcoming third season. McEntire will be a series regular. 

Netflix has renewed Black Mirror for a sixth season. The British series aired for two seasons on Channel 4 before becoming a Netflix original. Season five premiered in 2019. 

Max Thieriot will be starring in two series next season. He will star in the recently ordered CBS series Fire Country which he will also executive produce, and he will return to Paramount+’s SEAL Team for the upcoming sixth season. The fifth season finale left Thieriot’s character and others on a big cliffhanger with their future uncertain. 

Gwen Stefani will be returning to The Voice as a coach alongside fellow returning coaches Blake Shelton and John Legend. Joining as a first time coach in season 22 will be singer Camila Cabello. Season 21 featured Shelton, Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Ariana Grande. 

David Tennant and Catherine Tate are set to return to Doctor Who. The two starred together in the BBC series in the fourth season. They will make their appearance in a special 60th anniversary special. Yasmin Finney is also set to play Rose. Billie Piper played the role of Rose in the first two seasons. 

Season three of Netflix’s Bridgerton will be changing the lead focus for the upcoming season. The season will focus on Penelope and Colin’s love story. The third book in the series focused on the love story of Benedict. 

Jodie, the animated spinoff of MTV’s Daria, was initially announced as a series, but will now become a film. Tracee Ellis Ross will star as Jodie with Pamela Adlon, Cole Escola, Jojo T. Gibbs, William Jackson Harper, Zosia Mamet, Alex Moffat, Dermot Mulroney, Arden Myrin, Kal Penn, Kofi Siriboe, Dulcé Sloan, and Heléne Yorke cast in other voice roles.

Hulu’s This Fool will premiere August 12. All ten episodes will premieres. Inspired by the life and stand-up of star Chris Estrada, This Fool is an irreverent, cinematic half-hour comedy set in working-class South Central Los Angeles. The show centers on Julio Lopez, a 30-year-old who still lives at home who has been dating his girlfriend on and off since high school and finds any excuse to avoid dealing with his own problems. Julio works at Hugs Not Thugs, a gang rehabilitation nonprofit, where he butts heads with his older cousin Luis, an ex-gang member who just got out of prison and moved in with Julio and his family. 

Danny Dyer and Ellie Taylor are set to host Netflix’s upcoming game show Cheat. The series is a high-stakes quiz show where contestants can literally cheat their way to a fortune…. as long as they don’t get caught! In every episode, four brave players have their knowledge put to the ultimate test, as they fight it out over three rounds to avoid elimination and build a jackpot worth up to £50,000. But there’s one crucial twist in this brand-new quiz show… if you don’t know the answer… it pays to cheat! It will premiere in 2023.

FX’s The Old Man premieres June 16. Based on the bestselling novel by Thomas Perry, the series centers on Dan Chase who absconded from the CIA decades ago and has been living off the grid since. When an assassin arrives and tries to take Chase out, the old operative learns that to ensure his future he now must reconcile his past. With Dan Chase flushed out of hiding, the FBI’s Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Harold Harper is called on to hunt him down because of his complicated past with the rogue fugitive.

Hulu’s Shoresy premieres May 27. The series is a spinoff of the Canadian series Letterkenny. 

Season two of ALLBLK’s For the Love of Jason will premiere June 2. The series takes a fresh approach to showcasing the life of a 30-something bachelor, Jason, and his circle of drama-prone friends. In Season two, everyone will be forced to face the consequences of their actions, or in some cases – inactions. 

Netflix Geeked Week ’22 will kick off June 6 through June 10. The five-day virtual fan event celebrates Netflix’s genre series, films, and games. Projects like The Sandman, The Umbrella Academy, Manifest, Stranger Things, The Gray Man, Alice in Borderland, Day Shift, and The Sea Beast will be featured. 

NBC is looking to order a off cycle comedy pilot from creator Mike O’Malley. The series pilot starring Jon Cryer would follow parents who get divorced but decide to raise the kids in the same home, with them alternating who is the parent. 

Kat Foster will not be reprising her role from The Rookie backdoor pilot on The Rookie: Feds. Additionally, Jessica St. Clair and Mary Elizabeth Ellis will exit Not Dead Yet  while Rick Glassman will no longer be a series regular on the just ordered comedy series. 

The new season of Bravo’s Southern Charm premieres June 23 with a supersized episode. Charmers Leva Bonaparte, Craig Conover, Kathryn Dennis, Austen Kroll, Madison LeCroy and Shep Rose return for season eight. New to the season, though no strangers to the Charleston social scene, are Olivia Flowers, Marcie Hobbs, and Chleb Ravenell alongside familiar faces Venita Aspen, Taylor Ann Green and Naomie Olindo. New relationships blossom and old resentments boil over as these Southern socialites navigate shifting romantic entanglements, chaotic friendships, flourishing businesses and new parenthood. 

Apple TV+ has ordered a new family animated series Eva the Owlet based on the “Owl Diaries” children’s book series by Rebecca Elliott. The series stars Eva, a creative, cheeky owlet who lives next door to her best friend Lucy in the woodland world of Treetopington. With big ideas and an even bigger personality, Eva goes on high-flying adventures, expressing herself in her journal along the way! 

HGTV, Food Network and discovery+ have set premiere dates for some upcoming new series. Buy It or Build It will premiere on HGTV May 18. Guy’s All-American Road Trip premieres on Food Network June 3. Trixie Motel premieres on discovery+ June 3. Hungry for Answers premieres on discovery+ June 8. The Great Giveback with Melissa McCarthy and Jenna Perusich premieres on HGTV June 13. Beachside Brawl: East Coast vs. West Coast premieres on Food Network June 19. Me or the Menu premieres on Food Network June 30. Steal This House premieres on HGTV July 9. BBQ USA premieres on Food Network July 11. Rehab Addict Lake House Rescue premieres on HGTV July 13. Flip to A Million premieres on HGTV August 1. It’s CompliPlated premieres on Food Network August 11. First Home Fix premieres on HGTV August 27. Bobby and Sophie on the Coast premieres on Food Network August 22. A third season of anime series Fire Force is on the way. The first two seasons streamed on Funimation and aired on Toonami. No word on when it will premiere yet.

National Geographic has announced a lineup of new series. Dance The World With Derek Hough, Restaurants At The End Of The World, Farming Is Life, Extraordinary Birder, and Science Fair: The Series. Series will premiere on Disney+ and some of the National Geographic channels. 

TLC has renewed I Am Shauna Rae, David & Annie: After the 90 Days,and Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days. All three will return later in 2022. Say Yes to the Dress will return for a new season July 9. Dr. Pimple Popper premieres July 13. My Big Fat Fabulous Life premieres August 9. 7 Little Johnstons premieres August 16. 

Docuseries Quest for the Stanley Cup will premiere on ESPN+ May 27. The series follows the Calgary Flames, Carolina Hurricanes, Colorado Avalanche, Edmonton Oilers, Florida Panthers, New York Rangers, St. Louis Blues and Tampa Bay Lightning as they all hope to win the Stanley Cup. A special preview The Quest Begins will air on NHL Network May 20. 

Season two of Showtime’s Flatbush Misdemeanors premieres June 17. The ten episode season follows Dan and Kevin, who play two longtime friends within a richly drawn community of characters, seeking to climb out of their heads and connect with others. 

Docuseries Keeper of the Ashes: The Oklahoma Girl Scout Murders will premiere on hulu May 24. The four episode series investigates the notorious murder of three young girls in 1977 during their first night at Camp Scott, a Girl Scout sleepaway camp in Oklahoma. It explores the murders’ impact on those close to the tragedy, details the search for and trial of the alleged killer, and examines the mysteries still surrounding the case. It also documents how investigators recently reopened the case and used state-of-the-art technology to comb through mountains of evidence left behind.

Welcome to Wedding Hell premieres on Netflix May 23. A marriage proposal is supposed to be a happy ending. But for one couple, it becomes the beginning of an uphill struggle over wedding preparations.

Anime series Chainsaw Man will stream on Crunchyroll. No premiere date has been announced but it will premiere in 2022.
